RETURN & EXCHANGES All products you order from the website are provided by third-party merchant companies. The merchant companies will be in charge of return / exchanges / refund issues. This will result in unnecessary delay. Disregarding item quality issues, your returned item must be in original condition. Any changed condition caused from usage will not be accepted. In general cases, all returned items must be contained in the original packaging (electronic products must include manuals, accessories, cables, etc.) with the receipt. Items must be securely packed to avoid damage. If a received item that missed serial number or any part, the exchange or other requests may not be issued. All free and enclosed items must be returned with purchased items together. Please include a copy of your receipt and a note advising merchant company of your order number and your requests. In order to protect your return request, you are required to notify Outlet Open via email at support@outletopen.com as soon as you finish sending the product back. Otherwise your requests will not be enhanced by Outlet Open. Customer will only receive refund as Outlet Open receives approval from merchant company that proves the returned products are received and the product condition meets the policies. The refund will be credited back to the credit card you use when you purchase your products.
